This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Orders within the UK generally take about 7–10 working days to arrive.
Magazine orders within the US are despatched from Raw Vision’s mailhouse in New York; shipping time is 7–10 working days, depending on distance. Books are not held in the US and will only be dispatched from the UK, meaning delivery may take 14–21 days.
Orders within Europe and Rest of World are dispatched from Raw Vision’s base in the UK and may take up to three weeks to arrive, depending on distance.
Delivery will be made to the address of recipient as shown on order.
Billing address and delivery addresses can differ.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
How is my subscription fulfilled?
If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver each magazine quarterly.
My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?
If you received an email notification that your order has shipped but it has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us and tell us your order number (from your order confirmation email); we will look into this for you.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
