The Kentuck Festival of the Arts has a 51-year history as a hub of creativity nationally recognised for its quality, diversity, and celebration of artistic style ranging from folk to contemporary arts and traditional crafts. Every year, over 15,000 people travel from across the country to become immersed in a Southern experience of prolific creativity under the shade of the pine trees in Kentuck Park in Northport, Alabama.

The Kentuck Festival features legendary folk, visionary, and contemporary artists from across the United States, including Charlie “Tin Man” Lucas, Athlone Clarke, Della Wells, Gee’s Bend Quilters, “Missionary” Mary Proctor, CM Laster, Theresa Gloster, Eric Legge, Valton Murray, Ruth Robinson, Sam Ezell, and Michael Banks.
In addition to a stellar line-up of more than 270 artists, the two-day festival features live music, spoken word, activities for children, folk and contemporary craft demonstrations, food trucks, and local craft brews.
