Store Policies

DELIVERY POLICY
All deliveries are subject to availability. USA and Canadian orders are generally despatched from Raw Vision’s mailhouse in New York. Orders from Europe and Rest of World are dispatched from Raw Vision’s base in the UK. Some items are not held in the USA and will only be dispatched from the UK. Delivery will be made to the address of recipient as shown on order. Billing address and delivery address can be different. If any item is out of stock, customers will be contacted with this information.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Subscriptions and orders can be cancelled at any time. Refunds will be given for remainder of any subscription period. There is no time limit for cancellations.

PRIVACY POLICY
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
